You know, of all the things that could have happened, falling asleep for a week wasn't really all that bad. Sure, the dreams were a bit trippy, they weren't completely terrible, all things considered. At least mine wasn't. And hey, if you had some great fantasy love (complete with dream sex), don't stress about it. After all, it was only a dream. So if it helps, use this post to clear the air about what you had a week long dream/fantasy/whatever about. I'll go first: hello, Sarah Vale.
